A small black and white flat wall plaque, produced by Nymolle, Denmark, with a typically stylised design by Danish artist Bjorn Wiinblad (1918-2006). This piece is 'August' - number eight out of a series with twelve depicting a man and woman falling in love month by month and having a baby. They're a beautiful couple - the scene is summery with them chasing bugs or dragonflies in a meadow with their nets. Detailed black screen-print on a glossy white round flat ceramic/fine pottery. Circa 1960s or 1970s vintage. 
Excellent condition, all as originally printed and manufactured. Stamped with logos and information to reverse. The flat round ceramic is 15cm wide. Will need a hanging wire for display, or a plate stand. Could also be used a trivet.
