A super Chance Glass large 'Giraffe Carafe', very much that 1950s/1960s vintage barware style. Calypto was designed by Michael Harris (Mdina & Isle of Wight Glass) in 1959 when he freelanced at the factory. The design is a distinctive graphic line drawing image of tropical style leaves and flowers on a stem - white print on clear glass. Metallic gold/gilt rim. 
Large and conical simple mid century modern design - 29cm tall x 12cm wide at the base. Roughly a litre capacity. 
Very good with no chips. White print is very good. Some wear to the gold gilt rim; the rim is good considering the age, see photos.
