A Kosta Boda Rosebud - a collectable candle holder (votive) or dining table centre piece. Designed by Mats Jonasson for Kosta Boda Sweden. Unknown vintage, probably 1980s or 1990s.
In very good condition with no noticeable flaws or chips. Clean and bright clear glass, lead crystal - so heavy for its size. These are handcrafted moulded art glass votives, so are all unique with slight formation lines etc. Designed to take a tealight or small pillar candle. Resembles an opening flower head with five petals surrounded by five leaves. Really hard to photograph in bad winter light!!
About 7cm tall x 8.5cm wide.
