A set of four boxed Orrefors versatile drinking glasses. Circa 1970s vintage and in their original box.
They're branded as suited to Hot/Cold and for coffee, toddy, drink, wine, juice etc. (like Bodum or Pyrex hot drinks glasses). Designed by Lindau & Lindekrantz, they are model number 2414/40. The good sized handmade heat resistant glasses have removable gold wire handles and come with their original branded cork coasters too... all boxed! It's a rare set that's very hard to find.
The glasses are 8cm tall x 7.5cm wide at the rim, apx 250ml (large glass of wine). The gold handles are removable (they're stiff to get on and off). The printed cork coasters are 8cm wide.
All very good. The glasses have some minimal fine marks from getting the handles on and off. Cork coasters look to be unused. Handles are very good. Box is tatty.
