A super vintage Dartington beer glass/goblet (or rose bowl), designed by Frank Thrower. It's design no FT153 which dates from 1972. Frank nicknamed this 'His or Hers', it is also known as 'The Compleat Imbiber Beer Goblet' suited to both him (for beer) or her (for flowers!). It's heavy, quality and clear 24% lead crystal, mouth-blown handmade glass.
The good sized chunky beer glass is 15cm tall, about 9.5cm wide rim and about 9.5cm widest, with a sturdy heavy glass base. It's roughly 500ml or just over 3/4 pint to the rim.
Very good condition. It's classed as a 'second' as it has a wobble in the glass at the top of the stem.
