Postage to the UK

Purchases will be posted by 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail. If it's higher value I'll add Signed For. Items weighing over 2kg will now also be posted Royal Mail. I may not be able to post to some areas of the UK, such as the Channel Islands, but I'll give it a good go! I'll try to post within 24 hours (when Post Office opening hours allow).

Other postage

For lower value items I'm happy for you to provide the address and unique code for a UK onward mailing company, but I cannot accept responsibility for any damage or non-delivery beyond the mailing company's address. Once the UK mailing company has safely received the parcel it is no longer my responsibility.

 

Packaging

I use large bubble bubble-wrap with strengthening card and sturdy cardboard boxes. I often double box for safety and I re-use old newspapers to fill any gaps. I have been selling on Etsy for over seven years and know and trust my packing. Jewellery is posted in small sturdy black cardboard jewellery boxes, in a mailing bag. (Please re-use or recycle any packaging!)

 

Delivery times

I estimate a UK mainland delivery to be 2-3 working days from time of ordering, but please allow a week at busy times or holidays. The weather, seasonal holidays, Covid or your locality may effect the delivery times. If you're worried and have waited more than a reasonable amount of time, please contact me - I'm here to help.
